Use these publishing guidelines so other users can understand exactly what an offer concerns.
Describe accurately
Use current photos of your own product. Explain the brand, model, condition, missing parts and defects. Do not copy another person’s content without permission or advertise a nonexistent item as a real offer.
Value and swap preferences
Describe the estimated value and what you want in return. Explain any cash difference or delivery arrangements early. Do not introduce misleading hidden charges.
Content not to publish
Do not list stolen or counterfeit items, unauthorised account access, scams, weapons, drugs, personal data for sale, or content that infringes others’ rights. Do not offer game-account transfers prohibited by the publisher.
Personal information and conduct
Do not publish a home address, identity document, card information, password or verification code. Do not share other people’s information without permission. No harassment, threats or spam.
Examples and reporting
Example listings are clearly labelled and cannot start real transactions. Report suspicious content from the listing detail page. Reports may be reviewed through moderation; no unannounced response deadline or guaranteed outcome is promised.
